1 General Terms & Applicability

tt66 is an online gaming and betting platform operated for adult users in Bangladesh. These Terms are governed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and serve as the legal basis for your relationship with tt66.

• These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
• tt66 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; users will be duly notified before any changes take effect.
• Users are personally responsible for reading the latest version of these Terms.
• No employee or representative of tt66 may make any verbal commitments outside of these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To open an account on tt66 and use its services, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh and legally entitled to use this service.
• Each user may hold only one account; maintaining multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You must open an account in your own name and for yourself; operating an account on behalf of another person is not permitted.

tt66 reserves the right to reject any registration or to request identity documents as part of the verification process. A national identity card or passport may be required for identity verification.

3 Account Management & Security

The security of your tt66 account is your own responsibility. Follow the guidelines below when managing your account:

• Keep your username and password completely confidential; do not share them with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the tt66 support team immediately.
• Keep your account information up to date at all times — inform us if your name, address, or contact details change.
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's account is strictly prohibited.
• tt66 will not be liable for any loss arising from a user's own carelessness or negligence.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on tt66 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and various other scheduled banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawal requests will only be approved to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit.
• Deposits to or withdrawals from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited; the account must be registered in the user's own name.
• tt66 reserves the right to verify any transaction or request additional documentation.
• tt66 reserves the right to correct any erroneous transactions resulting from technical faults.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering

tt66 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit — up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Wagering Requirement: A 20x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.
• A bonus applies only once per account; withdrawal is not possible until the wagering requirement has been met.
• tt66 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion; however, bonuses already earned will remain applicable.
• A bonus cannot be used in combination with another bonus or offer unless explicitly stated.
• If any fraudulent activity is suspected, tt66 may cancel the bonus.

6 Betting, Gaming & Fair Play

All games and betting services on tt66 are conducted fairly and transparently. Users acknowledge the following:

• All game outcomes are determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Users acknowledge that there is no guarantee of profit in gaming and that all bets carry a risk of financial loss.
• If a technical error is detected in a betting outcome, the relevant bet will be voided and funds returned.
• Odds offered in sports betting are set by tt66 and may change at any time.
• Before placing any bet, the specific rules of the relevant game or event must be read carefully.

7 Prohibited Activities & Misuse

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on tt66, and if such activity is detected, the account may be closed immediately:

• Abusing the bonus or promotion system, such as claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or mechanical method to place bets or operate games.
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security measures.
• Engaging in fraudulent or harassing behaviour toward other users.
• Providing false identity information or documents.
• Any activity that damages the reputation or business interests of tt66.

If any such violation is detected, tt66 may forfeit all balances and bonuses and may take legal action.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tt66 will not be liable for the following:

• Loss incurred by a user due to internet disconnection or technical faults.
• Unauthorised access to an account resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Suspension of any service or feature as a result of changes in government regulations.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment gateways or banking systems.
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or network outages.

tt66 is always committed to improving service quality and will endeavour to resolve any technical issues promptly.

9 Privacy & Personal Data

tt66 gives the highest priority to the security of users' personal data. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Information collected for registration and verification is used solely for the purpose of providing services.
• Personal data is not sold or transferred to third parties; exceptions apply where legally required.
• All data is stored and transmitted using SSL encryption.
• Users may request correction or deletion of their own data; exceptions apply where retention is legally required.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

Users may request to close their own account at any time. In addition, tt66 reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• When a breach of the Terms is detected.
• In cases of failed identity verification or provision of false information.
• After a prolonged period of inactivity (applicable notice will be given).
• Upon a user's own voluntary self-exclusion request under responsible gaming.

If any valid balance remains at the time of account closure and no breach of Terms has been proven, that amount will be returned to the user.

11 Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises with tt66, please contact our support team first. The steps for dispute resolution are:

1. First, submit a detailed complaint via live chat or email ([email protected]).
2. Our team will review your complaint and endeavour to provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
3. If both parties cannot reach an agreement, the matter may proceed to a neutral arbitration process.
4. Disputed funds will be temporarily held until a final decision is reached.

12 Changes to Terms & Enforceability

tt66 reserves the right to modify, add to, or revise these Terms at any time. Regarding changes:

• For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or through a platform notification.
• Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
• If any part of these Terms is declared legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be in effect.
• tt66's interpretation of any matter relating to these Terms will be considered final.
